SHIPPING POLICY
- PACKAGING & HANDLING
- All parcels include tamper-evident seals and QR codes for authenticity tracking, for more, refer to the packaging.
- For any issues, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.
- DELIVERY ZONES:
- Domestic shipping within Pune and nearby takes 1–3 working days via express couriers.
- Expedited shipping offered on request for special occasions or perishable products.
- Orders placed after 6 pm IST are processed the next business day.
PRODUCT POLICY
- Store all sweets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
- Always keep sweets in an airtight container once opened.
- Do not freeze any Manohari sweets — freezing affects texture, flavour, and freshness.
- Consume within the recommended time after opening, refer to the packaging for best taste and safety guidelines.
- Every Manohari box is sealed for safety. If the seal is broken or tampered with, do not consume.
We strive to deliver an exceptional experience every time, though occasional hiccups can occur. To help ensure the best possible service, we encourage reviewing our product guidelines before placing and after receiving your order.
Shipping Standard Delivery Time
- For Pune – Delivery in 24 Hours after dispatch.
- For Delhi NCR – Delivery in 72Hrs after Dispatch.
- For All Other Metro Cities – Delivery in 72hrs after Dispatch.
- For Rest of India – Delivery in 3-7 business days.
- For International Orders – Delivering at present.
All orders placed before 4 PM are prepared and dispatched the same day, there will be no dispatch on Sundays and Public Holidays
We have partnership with the most reputed courier companies ( BLUE DART & DELHIVERY ) to ensure fast and safe transit of your products so that they reach fresh and in best condition.
Kindly Note:
- Delivery will be attempted by courier partner at the address given by Customer. But if the product is not delivered due to wrong address, No one to collect parcel or any other reason, the product will return back to origin. Since these are perishable products, amount will not be refunded because of such issues.
- Any change in address after the dispatch is done will not be entertained. Due to some unavoidable reason if the address change is accepted by team, the charges will be separate
- Once the issue is resolved, it will not be entertained again for any future references.
- Delivery date is provisional as it is shipped through third party courier partners.
- Delivery may not be possible on Sundays and National Holidays.
- In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempts, you shall still be charged for the order.
We will consider the order executed in the below cases:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address.
- Recipient not available.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery
- Premises locked.
