Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations are allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order. After this window, requests cannot be accepted.
- Once the order has moved into the processing stage, cancellation will not be possible under any circumstances.
- Manohari will not be held accountable for any shipping delays once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
- In the event of cancellations due to unavoidable situations, any approved refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used within a one-year period.
- If Manohari identifies any suspicious or fraudulent activity that violates our site’s terms of use, we reserve the right to cancel the affected orders. Customers linked to such activity may also lose access to our platform.
